Cashews

Peanuts are an all purpose nut that one find pervasively from baseball games to zoos to gourmet dishes. Peanuts are not technically nuts. They are member of the legume family. Macadamia trees are native to Australian rain forests, and require this extreme of climate to thrive. These nuts are highly versatile in terms of use. They have a crisp texture and delicate flavor and when properly stored, a long shelf life. Macadamias has the highest percentage of monounsaturated fats and exceed even olive and canola oil.
